Hi All! I apologize for not being in class this week, I am going into surgery on Monday For this week’s 3R I want you to do an activity that I think will be illuminating. I don’t think calorie counting matters that much, but I do think learning about what it is we are eating is, especially when we are eating something we think is “healthy.” What I want you to do is take a picture of everything you eat for one day. Then figure out what is in it: carbohydrates, sugars, fats, fiber, sodium, etc. Using FatSecret you should be able to do all this and figure out what your recommended daily value is. Your 3R is a reaction to doing this activity. Good luck!
